Cel przedmiotu

Course has specific goals:

1. To familiarize students with the issues and challenges facing entrepreneurs in emerging markets

2. To provide an understanding of the human and organizational contexts in which young entrepreneur will be working and the skills he will need to be productive and successful

3. To explore how to put the scientific, technical and organizational knowledge learned at University to work in today organizations.

Management as; planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, directing and controlling. Productivity, Lean management, Total Quality Management, Leadership and Team building. Project Management, Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Doman’s Rules of Quality, Elements of Law for entrepreneurship, Tax policy in Poland, Financing, Emerging markets, Trends of Development in Technology, Society of Future.
