Transfer of knowledge on the method and methods of performing an energy audit. Developing students basic skills in determining energy consumption indicators and energy performance of facilities. Awareness of the role of energy assessment of facilities in a low-carbon economy.
Introduction to energy auditing. Requirements for increasing the efficiency of the economy. Energy efficiency in the legislative acts of the Republic of Poland and the EU. PE Directives, Energy Efficiency Act, regulations. Support mechanisms for measures to improve energy efficiency. White certificate systems. Energy performance of facilities. Methodology for preparing energy performance of buildings. Final energy and primary energy. Energy audit in industry. Methods for determining the energy consumption of industrial facilities. Monitoring energy and media consumption. Energy management systems.
Determining the efficiency and energy consumption of technological devices and systems. Determining the energy performance of a building. Determination of primary energy saving ratio and emission reduction factor in rationalization measures aimed at improving energy efficiency. Determination of economic indicators in rationalization measures to improve energy efficiency

Lecture The condition of passing the lecture is to obtain a positive grade from the written test.
Tutorials The final grade is determined on the basis of the arithmetic average of the marks from the exercises reports prepared by the student during the semester.
