Cel przedmiotu

Acquiring knowledge in the area of financial management in terms of its usefulness in making financial decisions of an operational and investment level.

Financial statements, Cash Flow, and Taxes. Time Value of Money. Bonds, bond valuation, and interest rates. Risk, return, and the Capital Asset Pricing Model. Stocks and  stock valuation. Financial options. The cost of capital. Projects valuation. Corporate valuation. Tactical financing decisions.
