Improving the knowledge and skills students about the content of the effective functioning of human society. Improving teamwork skills and individual work.
Basics of knowledge about human and society - secondary school level.
Lecture:
Concepts of the organizations. Management. Social context of the decision. Thinking and creative problem solving. Social communication. Human resources. Behaviour and performance in organization. Ergonomics. Design methodology. The stress of work.
Classes:
Preparation of the team work (presentation) on a given topic. Preparation of the individual work (presentation) on a given topic. Present own interpretation of an assigned book or book chapter.
Lecture, discussion, presentation, working with source documents.

The lectures - the student is required to get a positive mark for the written paper on the given topic and make a presentation to the group; and get a positive mark for the written test - lasting 60 minutes (10 questions, each question - 1 point). To pass the written test with satisfactory mark it is necessary to obtain 6 points. (60%) of 10 points possible to obtain.
The classes – the requirements of the assessment criteria refer to the pass mark credits of one written test – the pass mark above 60% of all of the points of the test as well as the pass mark credits of the teamwork written study on the given issue.
The final mark consists of the average of grades from lectures and classes.
