Aim of the course

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the principles of teamwork and knowledge transfer.

None

Scope

The role of technology in social life. Technology and innovation processes in the private and public sectors.

Team. Teams at work environment. Team roles. Team development phases. Team and communication. Work within interdisciplinary team.

Conditions for effective communication, errors in communication with the client or contractor. The effective team communication tools.

Leadership skills in business situations and workplace.

Management of information and knowledge resources for the needs of e-business.

Specifying, designing, implementing and applying information and communication technologies in e-business.

Assignment conditions

The following guidelines will be used to establish the final grade for the course:  the passing condition is to obtain positive marks from all exercises conducted during the semester.

Grades will be administered using the standard 90% = 5, 80% = 4.5, 70% = 4, 60% = 3.5, 50%= 3.
Specifically, 100 – 90 = 5, 89 - 80 = 4.5, 79 - 70 = 4, 69 - 60 = 3.5, and 59 - 50 = 3.
