Aim of the course

To recognize the student with the influence of the aquatic environment on the human body and the basic safety rules while staying on the water. General improvement of the body. Popularization of physical exercises in water as a form of free time.

Prerequisites

Basic coordination and motor skills.

Scope

1. Information of safety rules above the water.

2. Issues concerning the influence of water environment on the functioning of the human body (static and dynamic swimming).

3. Adaptation - basic movements, steps and positions in shallow, medium and deep water.

4. Exercices of shaping aerobic fitness and strengthening of each muscular elements.

5. Modern forms of aquafitness: aqua aerobics, aqua aerobics with the moment of a specialist, hydrorobic, aqua jogging, aqua walking.

Assignment conditions

Written test, student must get 50% of the points, passing the practical, where the student must present arrangement aquafitness and active participation in classes, project activities for groups of children in selected school stage.
