Cel przedmiotu

The main result of this course is to know the theoretical foundations of IT project management and project management tools. Acquiring practical knowledge in project management.

W1: The needs of the enterprise and the functionality of the ERP information system

W2: Definition and assumptions of an IT project. Financial schedule of the project.

W3: Classic methodology for running an IT project.

W4: Industry methodology for running an IT project.

W5-W6: SCRUM

W7: Modeling business process improvements as a result of implementing an ERP class IT system. Project risk.

W8: Written test

Project:

Project 1-2: Definition and assumptions of the "own" IT project: determining the ERP system module, determining the company's needs for the module, comparative analysis of modules in ERP systems available on the market

 Project 3: Establish project goals and priorities, establish a "discrepancy protocol", establish technical requirements, analyze enterprise resources

Project 4: Material and financial schedule of the project

Project 5: -6 Selection of the project management methodology: justification for the selection of the project management methodology, recording the material and financial schedule of the project according to the stages in the methodology

Project 7: Project Report 1-6

Project 8-10: Modeling business process improvements as a result of implementing an ERP class IT system

Project 11: Project monitoring.

Project 12: Project risk.

Project 13: Preparation of project documentation.

Project 14-15: Final report: report in the form of a report, presentation in MS PowerPoint

Lecture - conventional lecture using a video projector, presentation of a case study.

Project – Evaluation of the results of the written project covering knowledge of the content of the subject

Final grade = 50% of the final grade from the form of classes lecture + 50% of the final grade from the form of project.
