The main result of this course is to know the theoretical foundations of IT project management and project management tools. Acquiring practical knowledge in project management.

Project:
Project 1-2: Definition and assumptions of the "own" IT project: determining the ERP system module, determining the company's needs for the module, comparative analysis of modules in ERP systems available on the market
Project 3: Establish project goals and priorities, establish a "discrepancy protocol", establish technical requirements, analyze enterprise resources
Project 4: Material and financial schedule of the project
Project 5: -6 Selection of the project management methodology: justification for the selection of the project management methodology, recording the material and financial schedule of the project according to the stages in the methodology

Project 8-10: Modeling business process improvements as a result of implementing an ERP class IT system
