Economic law - opis przedmiotu

Cel przedmiotu

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic issues in the field of economic law, as well as theoretical and practical issues related to the law of contracts in domestic and international trade, the principles of functioning of entrepreneurs and regulation of economic activity, the conclusion of contracts in economic turnover, and to discuss their types. Students will be acquainted with the law of securities, their classification and rules of trading.

Zakres tematyczny

Lecture: Discussion of the concept of economic and commercial law. Forms of doing business, discussing contractual clauses and unusual instruments to protect the interests of the parties. Discussion of the rules for the performance of obligations and liability for non-performance or improper performance, as well as the methods and conditions for resolving disputes before common courts and before international and domestic commercial arbitration, rules for setting up and running a business. Company law, division of companies will be presented. Bankruptcy and reorganization law. National Register of court.

The condition for passing the classes is to obtain a positive grade from the credit and active participation in classes.
