The aim of teaching the subject is to provide knowledge in the field of investment process management and evaluation of investment projects in the context of strategic goals of the enterprise. Acquisition by students of the ability to plan, prepare and assess the profitability of investment projects.
Completed subjects in the field of: Financial analysis, Financial management of enterprises, Management of relations with financial institutions, Financial risk management, Forecasting in the enterprise, Financial liquidity control.
Lecture content: Fundamentals of the "Project Finance" approach. The essence and types of investments. Investment design. Investment cycle. Technical and organizational analysis of the investment. Estimation of ex-ante investment profitability. Ex-post investment effectiveness assessment. Investment financing planning.
Thematic scope of the classes: Discussion of the rules for passing the course and the final project. Assignment of projects. Presentations of students' design works.
Lecture: a conventional lecture with elements of a seminar lecture.
Classes: tasks, project method, work with a book, work with a source document.

1. Lectures on the subject end with an exam in the form of a test containing open and closed questions.
2. Classes end with a pass with a grade, which includes the grade for the individual project and the grade for active participation in classes in the proportion of 80/20.
The condition for passing the course is obtaining a positive grade in both forms of classes. The final grade for the course is the arithmetic mean of the grades from the lecture and tutorials (50% lecture, 50% tutorial)
