The aim of the course is to present the basic issues related to corporate social responsibility and information on the areas of interest and adopted models of corporate social responsibility.
The idea of corporate social responsibility. The concept and areas of interest of CSR. CSR models. CSR and ethical principles, employee and human rights. CSR and the social and natural environment. Ethical aspects of corporate social responsibility in local and global terms. Types of attitudes and social reactions. Corporate reports, corporate social responsibility organizations.
Conventional lecture, case method, group work.

The condition for passing the project is to develop and present a project on a selected topic related to corporate social responsibility using the basic theoretical issues presented in the lecture and practical examples. Evaluation and defense of the project report by the student.
The condition for passing the lectures is an oral presentation of a socially responsible company along with the knowledge of theoretical issues presented in the lecture. The result of the exam will be an assessment of knowledge and skills.
The final grade consists of the grade for the lecture (50%) and the grade for the project (50%).
