The aim of the course is to learn the specificity of contracts and commercial contracts, methods of negotiating and concluding contracts, the most common clauses that are the content of commercial contracts and contracts. Discussion of the most important risks related to concluding commercial agreements and contracts. Acquisition of the ability to assess the content of contracts and commercial contracts as well as assess the risks associated with concluded agreements and contracts.

Lecture: Legal and customary conditions of commercial contracts, the essence and forms of contracts, analysis of risks related to the contract, risk management by the seller and the buyer, conclusion of contracts in the form of an offer, acceptance of the offer, principles of response to the offer. Named and unnamed contracts. Principles of agreeing payment terms in the contract, analysis of the payment method from the buyer's and seller's point of view. Rules for negotiating and formulating contractual clauses, elements of the contract and rules for negotiating them.
