The concept, types and specificity of financial services; consumer protection models in the financial services market; institutional foundations of consumer protection in the financial services market; financial services complaints; pre-litigation consumer protection on the financial market and banking arbitration; protecting the interests of consumers of financial services in the event of bankruptcy of the service provider; consumer bankruptcy institution.
