Understand the changes that occur in the human body during work. Ability to take and interpret anthropometric measurements. Ability to adapt working conditions to the capabilities and limitations of the human body. Improve team and individual working skills.
Basics of human anatomy and human physiology - secondary school level.
Ergonomics. Anthropometry - the measurements of the human body. Biomechanics of the spine. Strength, power and muscular efficiency. Work physiology. Energy expenditure. Musculoskeletal disorders. Occupational risk. Occupational diseases. Ergonomic design.
