Cel przedmiotu

Preparing the student to use selected mathematical packages or information systems to assist in the understanding and analysis of texts beyond the basic curriculum, especially scientific articles in English. Preparing the student to support the presentation of mathematical texts and to draft independent work using selected analytical software. Preparing the student to write a master's thesis.

Wymagania wstępne

Completion of the second semester of studies.

Zakres tematyczny

The thematic scope of the diploma seminar is determined each time by the supervisor, depending on the topics of master's theses chosen by participating students in the diploma seminar. The thematic scope of the seminar is a continuation of Specialist Seminar 1.

Metody kształcenia

Presentation and analysis of a practical problem in a chosen mathematical software package related to the prepared master's thesis.
