The aim of the course includes law in environmental protection system in Poland, principles of environmental policy, needs of interference in economy, metods of environmental valuation and institutions which finance environmental protection investment.
The elements of entrepreneurship and emvironmental protection
Genesis,sources and structure of the environmental law in Poland and the European Union. The constitutional elements of obligations in range of the environmental protection.The system of the environmental law in Poland. The organozation of environmental protection administration. The elements of environmental economics and conceptions of environmen use in process of socio-economic development.The elements of economic theory of nature preservation. Valuation methods of enviromental media and environmental losses. The elements of environmental cost - benefit analysis.
