Aim of the course

[1] Understanding the physiological properties of hearing, parameters and criteria to assess the quality of sound material.

[2] Elements of the electroacoustic track. Selection of elements of the electroacoustic track based on the design of the recording session.

[3] Acquiring the skills to operate the main peripherals.

 

[4] Adjusting the recording session plan to the technical capabilities of the recording studio, based on the maximum use of the possibilities of devices in the submix system.

[5] Basic elements of work in a recording studio - ways of recording individual instruments.

 

[6] Acquiring the skills to assess the recording process at the individual stages of its implementation.

 

[7] Preparing the student for independent and group work in a recording studio.

Zaliczenie przedmiotu w 5. semestrze.
