Aim of the course

Po zakończeniu kursu student ma uporządkowaną wiedzę na temat metod diagnozy procesu starzenia budynków mieszkalnych wykonanych w technologii tradycyjnej

Prerequisites

Diagnostyka budynków, Utrzymanie obiektów budowlanych

Scope

Zmiany właściwości użytkowych budynku w pełnym okresie jego użytkowania - metody probabilistyczne i deterministyczne.

Diagnoza prognostyczna stanu technicznego budynku.

Metody podejmowania decyzji dotyczących zakresu i metod renowacji budynków
