Cel przedmiotu

Student is familiar with the use of methods and tools of management control systems in the practice of small and medium enterprises.

Zakres tematyczny

Management control systems concepts. SMEs in European Union and their characteristics. General MCSs methods and tools used in small and medium enterprises. Operational versus strategic management control systems. Computer-aided MCSs using ERP systems.
