Cel przedmiotu

Getting to know bases of the diagnostic imaging considering the mechanism of the coming into existence and possibilities and restrictions in diagnosing disease entities.

Knowledge in the scope of the human anatomy and physiology. Knowledge in physics on the secondary-school graduation level.

Zakres tematyczny

Lectures/Classes

1. Preparing the sick person for radiological examinations.
2. The radiotherapy, kinds, readings and the care of the sick person treated with the radiotherapy.
3. Bone-articular radiology from an X-ray for examining the MR.
4. Uroradiology. Contemporary imaging methods.
5. Diagnostic imaging of mastopathies.
6. Neuroradiology.
7. Diagnostic imaging of the gastrointestinal disease.
8. The diagnostic imaging of lungs and mediastinums.
9. Contemporary imaging methods of organs of the abdominal cavity.
10. Vivid examinations in the diagnostics of the vasculature.
11. Importance of research vivid in the diagnostics of the heart.
12. Techniques of radiological examinations.
13. Chemotherapy of cancers.
14. Care of the sick person treated with the radiotherapy.
15. Radiological diagnostics.
16. Principles and methods of the anti-radiation protection l.

Warunki zaliczenia

The active presence at classes and mastering predicted material with program. Lecture - ranking with the evaluation in the form including the written test 5 test questions from every lecture. Ranking on collection basis 60 % of correct answers of the Exercise - ranking problem questions based on including test 5 assessed in of scale of 0-5 points. Ranking points after getting the 60% Self-education - ranking without the evaluation. The self-education includes contents from the given literature on the subject. A preparation of the dissertation for the chosen subject is a condition of the credit. With evaluation from both forms of classes an average of evaluations will be final from the lecture and exercises.
