Cel przedmiotu

The aim of the course is the transfer of basic knowledge and the acquisition of practical skills and competences of the standards and rules of preparing technical drawings of products which will be used in the further education process and will prove useful in future professional work.

Wymagania wstępne

Basic technical knowledge

Zakres tematyczny

Lecture

L1. Introduction to technical drawing. The mechanical drawing standards and practices used in creating technical drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies. Axonometric and orthographic projections of objects.

L2. Multi view orthographic projection. Cross-Sectional views - principles and ways of creating sections, types of sections, combination of view and cross-section.

L3. Principles of drawing of detachable and non-detachable connections, technical drawing of typical machine elements. Simplifications, abbreviations and symbols used in mechanical drawing.

L4-5. Dimensioning.

L6. Tolerances and fits. Geometric tolerancing - datum systems for geometric tolerancing. Tolerances for form and position. Deviation untoleranced dimensions, form and position. Surface roughness and waviness.

L7. Principles and methods of creating working drawings of complex products. Part (detailed) and assembly drawing. Ways of creating drawing documentation on practical examples.
