Cel przedmiotu

The aim of the course is to provide information on modern analytical methods, the latest measurement tools used both in research laboratories and in industrial quality control laboratories. Presentation of the latest as well as indication of the directions of development of control methods and tools in relation to the control of semi-finished products and products during the production process. Quality management in production processes, mathematical statistics, metrology and measurement systems.

Zakres tematyczny

Lecture

  1. Introduction to the subject. A history of quality assurance of products, services and processes. 
  2. Quality assurance by conducting quality control of semi-finished and finished products during the production process.
  3. Concepts and tools of mathematical statistics used in KJ. Presentation of modern methods and tools used in the implementation of the quality control process at its various stages.
  4. MSA procedure for an example measurement system.
  5. An overview of commercial software used in KJ.
  6. Presentation of directions for the development of methods and tools used in QC.
  7. CAQ
  8. Virtual measuring machines, Examples of practical solutions

Project:

P1-P5  Support and use of modern measurement tools – computer systems and sensors. Practical application of Microsoft Excel and other programs for the analysis of the obtained results on the example of determining the processing characteristics of the selected measurement system.

P6-P10 For cases of non-compliance, an analysis of the causes of their occurrence, and also indicate actions that could eliminate or at least reduce the possibility of potential errors in the course of the control process.

P11-P15 Design of a modern quality management system on the example of the indicated enterprise

Warunki zaliczenia

Lecture – the condition for passing the lecture part is to obtain a positive assessment from the colloquium including verification of knowledge of basic issues. The student gets 5 questions about the issues of the subject. The exam grade consists of 5 questions. The average grade of 5 questions is entered.

Project – Assessment determined on the basis of the component assessing skills related to the implementation of the task and preparation of the report, taking into account the presence and activity of the student in classes. The average grade of all grades obtained in the semester is entered.

Course credit: The final grade for passing the course is the arithmetic average of the grades for individual forms of classes.
