The aim of the course is to develop in students the competencies related to cooperation between employees

Exercises: features and advantages of teamwork, defining team goals, leadership and motivation in work teams, delegating tasks in a team, decision-making methods, communication in a team
Lecture: features and advantages of teamwork, defining team goals, types of teams, leadership and motivation in employee teams, delegation of tasks in teams, methods of decision-making, stages of group development, communication in the team, leadership of virtual teams, organization of outdoor training, team coaching.
Lecture: lecture with the use of visualization method.
Exercises: team work, case studies, problem method, discussion.
