The aim of the lecturer is to provide knowledge in the field of supporting decision-making processes in decision-making systems and to shape practical skills preparing for the use of knowledge in professional work.
Obtaining a credit in the subject of Steering in Security Systems.
Project: theoretical foundations of the decision-making process, stages of the decision-making process, IT support for decision-making processes, information and its application in the decision-making process, command and modern concepts of decision making theory, the role of computer science in the decision-making process, the process of developing decisions in the Land Forces of the Polish Armed Forces.
Working with the source document, working in groups, classic problem method, discussion, presentation.

The condition for passing the project is: a positive assessment from the colloquium, student activity in classes, preparation of a short presentation on a selected topic indicated by the teacher.
The final evaluation of the project consists of the following elements:
Colloquium (30%) – final colloquium a list of questions from the thematic scope of the project is sent to students one month in advance, open questions (K_W01, K_W02,); Total points to be scored – 30th with point thresholds.
Presentation on the issues indicated by the lecturer (70%) – students prepare in groups or individually short speeches on the issues indicated by the lecturer (K_U01, K_U02, K_U04, K_K01, K_K02, K_K04). Presentations will be presented at the classes indicated by the teacher and will refer directly to the topic discussed there.
In the scope of the questions given at the colloquium, students provide answers to 3 questions selected by the teacher. Total points to be scored – 30. The sum of points obtained from the colloquium will determine the assessment: very good (28-30 points), good plus (25-27 points), good (22-24 points), sufficient plus (20-21 points), sufficient (17-19 points).
The condition for passing the course is: a positive assessment of the project and colloquium. The measure of passing the course is the final grade, which is the resultant of the assessment from the project and colloquium.
