Credit requirements for classes: the assessment covers the content of the lectures and exercises - the task is to (1) implement a specific change in a specific organisation or (2) evaluate the implementation of a change or (3) analyse a problem issue (dilemma) related to the change process. The assessment depends on: the assessment of the situation (completeness/multisidedness), relevance and correctness of the selection of individual elements, analysis skills and clarity of the conducted (presented) analysis. Activity during the class is taken into account.
Credit requirements for lectures: written examination, covers with its subject matter the contents realised during the lectures and exercises. The grade depends on the number of points obtained (positive from 60%). A positive mark from exercises is a prerequisite for taking the exam.
Final evaluation: the final evaluation consists of the result obtained from the lecture (50%) and exercises (50%). It is calculated on the assumption that credit is obtained from both forms of teaching.
