The aim of the course is to present modern management concepts and show their practical applications in organizations. Showing the commonalities and differences found between them.
Basics of management, Science of organization.
Lecture:
The essence of management concepts. Contemporary management concepts: Benchmarking; Outsourcing, Lean Management, Knowledge Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Change Management, Virtual Organization, Network Thinking.
Exercises:
Contemporary management concepts in the practice of organizational functioning: Benchmarking; Outsourcing, Lean Management, Knowledge Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Change Management, Virtual Organization, Network Thinking.
Conventional lecture, multimedia presentation, case study analysis, project, teamwork, discussion.

Lecture:
Credit for the course with a grade. Students are given 3 questions from the issues applicable to the credit of the course. The condition for passing is obtaining min. 51%. Issues will be given to students one month before the exam.
Exercises:
The grade for the exercises consists of the grade for the project (60%), the grade for the exercises - a minimum of 2 exercises (40%).
The final grade for the course consists of positive grades from the lecture and exercises.
