Cel przedmiotu

The aim of the course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of civil law, understanding the systematics of civil law: the general part, property law, contract law and inheritance law. The key task is for students to acquire knowledge in the field of civil law relationship, civil law entities, legal norms and the subject of civil law, conclusion of civil law contracts and implementation of claims under civil law contracts. In connection with the implementation of the field of law, the student should acquire and be able to use legal terminology, especially in the field of civil law.

Zakres tematyczny

Civil law relationship, civil law persons and entities, the subject of civil law, the content of a civil law act - making declarations of will, concluding contracts, defects in declarations of will, representation, limitation. Ownership and other property rights. Liabilities - sources of liabilities. Contractual obligations in general. Liability for torts, non-performance and improper performance of an obligation. Named contracts - sale, work, rental, tenancy, leasing. Inheritance - responsibility for inheritance debts. Marital property relations.

Metody kształcenia

Classes: group work, analysis of legal regulations, classic problem method.
The paper will consist in elaboration of selected issues from particular branches of law.
The colloquium will consist in periodic verification of knowledge of the developed issues.
