The aim of the course is to understand the essence of the functions and principles of constructing a business plan for a micro, small or medium enterprise.
The essence of the functions and principles of business plan construction, analysis of the business plan structure in the context of: basic concepts, characteristics of planned projects, description of the products (services) offered, analysis of the market and behavior of competitive companies, description of the management staff, ways of identifying and implementing the company's strategy, identification of competitive advantages and analysis of financial statements.
Conventional lecture, multimedia presentation, interactive communication, case study analysis, solution design, simulation, work in task teams, presentation, discussion.

The condition for passing the lecture is the positive completion of the developed business plan in teams of 2-3 people, and active participation in classes. The final grade consists of the grade for developing and presenting the project (80%) and active participation in classes (20%).
