The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the principles of preparing and implementing social projects.

Risk estimation, Project management methodologies, Time management in the implementation of social projects, Managing people in projects and moderating group processes, Teamwork techniques with elements of self-presentation, Project conflict management, Controlling processes during the implementation of social projects, Techniques of monitoring and evaluating project progress

7. Case studies - analysis of selected examples of social projects
Lecture, discussion, use of multimedia presentations and film materials. Workshop classes. Mobile learning methods. Individual student work (e.g. reading and analysis) according to the teacher's instructions.
