Cel przedmiotu

The aim of the subject is to familiarise the students with international cooperation in the cross-border regions: cooperation between government and nongovernmental agencies, i.e. representatives of international organizations, central, regional and local authorities.The subject deals with social, economic and cultural relations in cross-border regions. The aim is to present ways for foreseeing and creating socio-economic development of border regions, overcoming development obstacles and conflicts of interests.
