Aim of the course

The practical application of the legal principles of intellectual property. Knowledge of the basic factors influencing the ergonomic, safe and healthy working conditions - the impact of their influence.

Scope

- Basic tools of protection of intellectual property rights: patents, copyrights and trademarks.

- Legal regulations on intellectual property.

- Provisions for the protection of inventions, industrial designs and trademarks, art objects and other works of authorship (studies, publications, culture).

- The legal basis for labor protection.

- Management systems and working conditions and occupational risks.

- Scientific basis of ergonomics.
