The aim of the course is to prepare the student to use movement improvisation techniques in work with various social groups. Developing auditory-visual-motor coordination. Acquisition by the student of the ability to express elements of a musical work by body movement. Developing a creative attitude in the implementation of physical tasks. Creating expressive movement.
Basic psychophysical efficiency.
Work with mental images and movement metaphors. Exercises to develop free movement expression. Exercise in composing movement improvisations. Tasks developing psychokinetic imagination. Awareness of movement work in sensory channels: kinesthetic, visual, proprioreceptive, auditory, relational.
Workshops in the field of movement improvisation, demonstration forms, individual work, group work, teamwork.

The basis for getting credit is active participation in classes (50%). Mastering the presented methods of movement improvisation (25%) and designing and conducting a workshop in a selected thematic area of the class (25%).
