Aim of the course

Celem ćwiczeń jest prezentacja wybranych problemów prawnych związanych z funkcjonowaniem Internetu. Przedyskutowane zostaną zagadnienia związane z codziennych wykorzystaniem internetu, takie jak problematyka wolności słowa, handlu elektronicznego, ochrona danych osobowych, własność intelektualna, itp.
