Aim of the course

Getting to know the essence of the project as a temporary venture to create a unique product or to provide a unique service. Getting to know the models describing the course of the project over time. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Definition of project and project management. The relationships among projects, project portfolios, and project programs. Project management life cycle. Project integration management. Project scope management. Project time management. Project cost management. Project quality management. Project human resource management. Project communication management. Project risk management. Project procurement management. Project stakeholder management.
