Aim of the course

Celem przedmiotu jest zrozumienie znaczenia zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie oraz poznanie podstawowych narzędzi, technik i problemów zarządzania.

Prerequisites

Przygotowanie ogólne. Podstawy ekonomii.

Scope

Znaczenie i podstawowe techniki zarządzania. Excel w zastosowania managerskich. Wartościowanie stanowisk pracy. Rozwiązywanie problemów - klasyfikacja. Komunikacja w firmie. Zarządzanie w warunkach różnic kulturowych.

Teaching methods

Wykład konwencjonalny.

Ćwiczenia: zadania problemowe, prezentacje oraz analizy przypadków; praca w grupach i indywidualna.
