Developing a student's business activity in a globalized world.
Lack.
The essence and purpose of the enterprises. Management as the art and practice of rational use of means to achieve the set goals. Classification of enterprises. Conditions of doing business in Poland in the globalization era: economic freedom indexes, GDP, GDP per capita. Trap of medium growth, entrepreneurship, innovation as a systemic process. Success in a knowledge-based economy.
Monographic lecture: An example of an innovative company from foundation to operation on the global market.
Business Statute , Statute Book of Commercial Companies and Civil Statute Book - Regulations governing the starting, execution and ending of business activity in Poland.
Legal and organizational forms of economic activity: individual economic activity, civil partnership, general partnership, unlimited liability partnership, limited liability partnership, partnership limited by shares, Ltd., join-stock company - economic and legal basis, liability of partners, bookkeeping, formal requirements (CEIDG, KRS, notary, ZUS, VAT, NIP, REGON, Bank, PIP, PIS).
Project of founding a business: Business plan, justified choice of business form and contract of the company.
