Cel przedmiotu

Student is familiar with the use of methods and tools of strategic management control systems in the practice of international business management.

Zakres tematyczny

Concepts of management control systems. The methods and tools of management control systems. Strategic management control systems characteristics. Process approach in MCSs – identification, analysis and development of processes. Management control systems maturity model.
