Development of creativity and manual skills referring to art education.
Basic knowledge of art subjects.
Cognition of different techniques and various materials in the art practice.
Cognition of the main visual language – colours, line, composition etc.
Knowledge of the most representative examples of classical and modern art.
Cognition of unconventional subjects and methods which help to develop children's imagination.
Acquire skills of presentation and discussion about artworks – their meanings and the ways of an interpretation and giving marks.
Cognition of the methods of an art therapy.
Acquire skills of planing and preparing art lessons for children.
Developing skills of communication, self expression and collaboration during collective work.

Learning outcomes are verified during the workshops according to the progress of student's work. During evaluation it is considered how engaged, creative, prepared student is. An important point is also the student's presentation of an art lesson scenario.
Literary sources in English will be provided by the lecturer during the course.
*The subject can be run every semester, in case there is not enough persons to make a group there will be individual class run during instructor hours.
