Acquaint students with basic knowledge about: pedagogical approaches to multicultural education, teaching strategies and practices, teacher's role in the integration process and implementation of multicultural education in the classroom

The requirement to pass is active participation in class discussions (40% of general grade) and designing an individual or group project- presentation, poster or essay- that illustrates the use of a selected course issue (60%).
