Aim of the course

Introduction and discussion of basic concepts and processes in the field of organization management along with practical implications. Acquaintance with the most important management schools (directions), its outstanding theoreticians and practitioners. Transfer of knowledge and principles regarding basic management functions: planning, organizing, managing people and controlling in enterprises. Knowledge and understanding of various methods and concepts of business management.
