Passing the course Fundamentals of automation and electrical engineering
Lecture
L01. Basic concepts: automation, robotization, control, types of signals, classification of control systems.
L02. Logic systems: combinational and sequential.
L03. Programmable Logic Controllers. Programming of controllers in accordance with the 61131-3 standard.
L04. Introduction to robotics: basic concepts, construction of industrial manipulators, types of connections, working space.
L05. Description of position and orientation in space, basic reference frames of the manipulator.
L06. Overview of selected elements of automatic production systems.
L07. Final test.
Laboratory
L01. Introduction to the PLC programming environment.
L02. PLC programming using the FBD and LD languages.
L03. Synthesis of combinational systems based on canonical and minimal forms of Boolean functions.
L04. Implementation of the control system for the selected process.
L05. Analysis of selected asynchronous sequential systems.
L06. Synthesis of selected systems using Sequential Function Chart.
L07. Synthesis of selected systems using SR flip-flops.
L08. Translation of the SFC graph into the LD diagram.
