The main effect of education will be learning about the functionality of IT systems and technologies used to support production management processes. Acquisition of the skills to prepare and analyze data, identify the flow of materials and information using IT tools and design the ICT infrastructure of a production company.
Fundamentals of computer science. Production processes.
The following issues are discussed during the lecture: Information technologies used in manufacturing enterprises. Basic functions of IT systems supporting production management on the example of the Rekord.ERP system. Development and classification of integrated management systems. Data entry in the ERP class system. Defining BOM and product manufacturing technology. Management of the sales area of the production company. Planning material needs and balancing production resources. Warehouse management in ERP systems. Production planning and scheduling. Identification of the production flow. Modeling of the company's production system for the needs of an integrated IT system. Data flow diagrams. Implementation of ERP systems in production enterprises. Identification of the company's needs in the field of ICT. Classes will be conducted based on Rekord.ERP software. Thematic scope of the lectures:
Lecure 1. Technical preparation of production - defining material indexes, substitutes and BOM.
Lecure 2. Technical preparation of production - defining production stations, operations and technological routes.
Lecure 3. Sales orders - registration of offers and sales orders. CRM systems.
Lecure 4. Production planning and control - generating production orders, scheduling production, balancing material needs and production capacity.
Lecure 5. Purchase orders - analysis of material needs (MRP) and creation of purchase orders for materials and cooperation, registration of offers from suppliers.
Lecure 6. Materials and warehouse management - generation of material turnover documents and analysis of stock levels. Production registration - registration of production operations and orders from cooperation. Work time recording systems.
Lecure 7. Closing and settling a production order, issuing an invoice and releasing products from the warehouse. Methodology of implementing ERP systems in manufacturing enterprises.
Thematic scope of laboratory classes:
Lab1, Lab2, Lab3 - preparation of construction, technological and calculation data for the selected product,
Lab4, Lab5 - entering construction and technological data in the Rekord.ERP system,
Lab6, Lab7 - preparation of offers and sales orders, product configuration,
Lab8, Lab9 - production planning and control, creating orders and generating production guides, product production scheduling,
Lab10, Lab11 - generating material needs, preparing orders for materials and cooperation services,
Lab12 - issuing material turnover documents and registration of production operations,
Lab13 - closing a production order, issuing an invoice and a WZ,
Lab14 - correcting data, analyzing business processes in the Rekord.ERP system
Lab15 - analysis of input data, passing the course.

The form of passing the lecture is a written exam. The form of passing the laboratory classes is the assessment of individual classes covering data structures and business process models of an example production company based on the selected ERP class system. The course grade consists of 50% of the exam grade and 50% of the lab grade.
