Aim of the course

Rozwijanie zainteresowań związanych ze sportem i rekreacją ruchową. Kształtowanie umiejętności zaspokajania potrzeb związanych z ruchem, sprawnością fizyczną oraz dbałością o własne zdrowie.

Ogólna charakterystyka i podstawowe przepisy wybranych dyscyplin sportowych. Praktyczne umiejętności z zakresu wybranych dyscyplin sportowych. Edukacja prozdrowotna poprzez wychowanie fizyczne i sport.
