Aim of the course

The aim is to prepare students to make use of workshop forms of work within organized trainings, meetings, seminars.

  1. Introduction to workshop's working methods.
  2. Advantages and disadvantages of this type of work.
  3. Workshop method in the development of interpersonal skills.
  4. Main phases in group work.
  5. Issues arising while working with a workshop method.
  6. Workshop techniques.
  7. Designing workshop.

Yes

Preparation of a project of classes/training using workshop methods.

The project is an outline that contains a defined topic, purpose of the training. Appropriately chosen workshop techniques. The project can be developed individually or in small teams.

Group work

Cooperation while doing tasks both in the classroom and outside.

Criteria for grade assessment  for classes.

Grade of the classes will be the average of the training project grade (50%) and outcomes of the group tasks (50%).

 

The final grade is the grade of the classes
