Cel przedmiotu

To familiarize students with the social diagnoses implemented in Poland and in the world, and capabilities of using commonly available results. Preparing students for the implementation of their own social diagnosis project.

1. Preparation of the concept of social diagnosis.
2. Defining variables and indicators.
3. Preparation of a sample.
4. Designing research tools.
5. Preparation of the team to field work.
6. Implementation of the field studies.
7. Creating a data set.
8. Analysis of the data.
9. Preparation of diagnosis (report and presentation).

Metody kształcenia

Project method, presentations, discussion, analysis of texts, analysis of data sets.

Preparation of the project	Case analysis. Compliance with the topic, correct structure of work, language, reliability, independence of preparing work, proper selection of literature. The correct presentation, ability to answer questions about the presented material.
Criteria for grade assessment  for classes.	The evaluation of the exercises will be the evaluation of the project

The final grade is the grade of the classes in a given semester.
